• The Hosted Business VoIP system requires a Broadband Connection and is ‘portable’ to any location with a Broadband connection, staff can work from different locations and calls from Extension to Extension are FREE regardless of location. Not all home broadbands are compatible with VoIP. In this instance we will work with you to find the best solution.
• Your Current Phone Number(s) can be moved to the VoIP platform. ‘Porting’ your number from your current provider costs from £15 per line. Charges may also apply for porting numbers away from to another provider from £20 per number • Calls to UK Landlines (01, 02, 03) & calls to UK main four 07 mobile providers are included with IPBX VOIP Solution System, Premium Rate Non-Geographic Calls (0344/45, 0845, 0844, 0870 0870 etc) are charged separately. Some UK 07 mobile numbers are actually operated by international telcos. whose calls travel via a server in each country that they have a presence. That way they can offer low call charges and low data roaming…. but there’s a catch! When you call someone who is on one of these numbers YOU get charged more and they are NOT included in your call bundle! • Itemised Billing is included with your licences, monthly features are charged pro-rata from the outset or when subsequent additions are added in the middle of a monthly billing period. • Unless stated otherwise, the Hosted Phone Account is a 36 Month contract with a 90-day notice period & £30 admin fee for leaving plus any number porting fees. • Support is included with your licences and is provided by Phone, email and remote connection as required. Standard support is offered between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The current SLA is 8 hours but this rarely exceeds 30 minutes. Where a handset has been broken or misused by the end user, the cost of the handset is fully recoverable by us including postage and packaging and repair costs. When repair costs out way the replacement costs, common sense will be used. Replacement costs will be like for like (used for used, new for new etc).
