A fantastic sim only mobile deal for business clients: Unlimited Calls To Mobiles £9.99 per month – 1 month Contract!
Add unlimited calls to land lines for £4.99 per month.
T’s & C’s apply.
On 15th April Ofcom published its policy position and a further consultation on non-geographic numbers.
If you regularly call non-geographic numbers from your mobile there’s some interesting changes on the horizon:
Calls to 0800 to be free from all telephones (fixed and mobile)
Single (capped service) charge for 084, 087, 09 and 118 (no cap for 118)
If you publish a non-geographic number this news may not be so welcome;
Service charges to be included in advertising – “this call will cost you x pence plus your phone company’s access charge”
We’ll keep you posted!
The Best Selling Business Mobile Phones This Year So Far in reverse order are:
8. Blackberry Bold 9900
7. Samsung Galaxy S111 mini
6. Blackberry z10
5. Blackberry Curve 9320
4. Sony Experia z
3. Samsung Galaxy S111
2. Blackberry Q10
1. Samsung Galaxy s4
Please note the total absence of any iPhones (I’ve always maintained they are not for business) although I do wonder how the list will look in 6 months time when the iPhone 6 has had a change to get its claws into the market. They key to having the best selling business mobile phones is always battery life and the new 6 is thought to have 50% more battery life than the iPhone4s.
