Cancellation, Disconnection And Service Reinstatement Terms:
Charges to re-instate lines after barring or cessation due to non-payment.
A charge of £20 per service will be added to your next bill to reinstate services barred due to non-payment of an invoice.
A charge £110 will be made to reinstate any line that has been ceased due to non-payment if possible
A disconnection fee of £199 will be made should your agreement be terminated due to your non-payment.
Additional charges for Early termination
In addition to early termination charges and rental charges and any other charges due if you early terminate any line there will be an admin charge of £99.00 per line.

Additional charges for Number Porting
If you port or migrate a mobile number from us to another provider, we reserve the right to charge £35 porting fee and a £35 admin fee per number.
If you port or migrate a fixed line number from us to another provider, we reserve the right to charge £22 fee per number.
There is a £50 disconnection fee for disconnecting Broadband services or leaving for another provider at any point in the contract.
All charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
